After a eight year hiatus, Abercrobie & Finch have relaunched the provocative quarterly magazine and it promises plenty of playful displays of flesh and gracing the cover is Major Model Mgmt's Justin Hopwood.

Justin Hopwood, born in from Cape Town, South Africa, is a South African model, currently living in Hamburg, Germany. An agent spotted Hopwood in 2008 and gave him his card and he then entered into the world of modeling. At the time, he never believed he has the "model look". It wasn't long after signing with Major Model Management that he landed work as a professional model gracing the cover of the recent issue of the Abercrombie & Finch Quarterly and booking the upcoming Polo Jeans campaign.

Jhanelle Castillo is represented by Click Models in NYC. This baby faced Spanish/ Black rising young star is making his mark working with Bruce Weber for Abercrombie. His intelligence, perfect skin and full lipped energetic appeal will take him far. He is definitely one of the most beautiful men on Click's roster and one to watch.

Last year I found Gene Grady and shot him in an artistic series for my Surface Magazine Avant Guardian contest. This year I decided to enter the contest again doing a fashion/ artistic series entitiled "...IF I WAS YOUR BOY/GIRLFRIEND?" It is an intermixing of the complexities of masculine and feminine characteristics. After meeting with new model Aarron Bryan , who is fresh from California, I knew he would be perfect for this project. I texted him that Friday morning and we shot that Friday night. Everything turned out better than I expected. The only difficulty was cramming his big ass feet into those stripper heels. lol

I had an amazing opportunity to work with a model who  has worked with some of the biggest names in the fashion industry...Richard Lima. Richard is currently represented by Major Model Mgmt. Having a career that has spanned well past a decade Richard Lima continues to be one of the industry's most coveted faces. He's definitely proving that somethings get better with age..... he just keeps getting hotter and hotter.

introducing: JARED PRUDOFF @ MC2, Place Model Mgmt in Hamburg

School teacher turned model turned actor Jared Prudoff @ MC2 is headed to Germany to show those Europeans how we do it in America. I have hung out with Jared a few times and decided to get him in front of my lens and create some images he could use in his portfolio for his trip to Germany.

check out my dude Isaac Keys....The show, officially titled Donald J. Trump Presents The Ultimate Merger, follows Reality villainess Omarosa Stallworth’s quest to find love amongst 12 eligible bachelors. The Ultimate Merger airs Thursdays on TV One at 9 p.m. ET.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with former NFL football player Isaac Keys who was a linebacker for the Arizona Cardinalds. He was very down to earth and nice who is now focused on a modeling and acting career.

Marcus Hill stepped off the football field and into the world of fashion with avengence. He is confident and possesses an energy that is contagious.

Marcus has a body like chiseled brick... perfection and he is completely comfortable showing it off. He had a lot of the typical commercial/ catalog-type images in his portfolio and I didn't want to do a repeat of the images in his book. A lot of times I find black guys tend to have boring forgettable books that focus on commercial. I wanted to use my time with him to shoot him in a super sexy and masculine way like i see many of the white male models. I wanted to also create images that were also artistic and lasting.

One of the coolest things about my experience working with Marcus was the apperciation and thanks he showed by sending me a actual thank you card in the mail. It was one of the first time a model made me feel like the work we did was something they - themselves valued and treasured.

introducing singer J'SUN

J'Sun is a 22 year old singer living in Brooklyn, New York. I ran across him singing on his page youtube. His voice is amazing... so much so that it prompt'd me contact him and set up a meeting to talk about working together. Once his 6 foot 2 modelesque frame was in front of me in person and he flashed his grandma dimples - it was definite...and these pics are the results of our collaboration.

 

i got me a free concert - he had to sing Maxwell's "Stop the World" about 4 times for me to get the shots above. J'Sun is absolutely amazing and so much fun to work with .....

JEREMY DANTE` - The Face of Fashion Blogging

I recently had the opportunity to photograph fashion blogger Jeremy Dante`. I am a big fan of his blog (jeremydante.com) and frequent it everyday. It a very informative blog about fashion.

Starting June 1st, Jeremy dante` will be featuring the images as his header on the blog. Check out his video talking about the photo shoot and using the new images to spruce up the look of the blog.
